Job summary

AMC Cincaria Sdn Bhd in Penang, Bayan Lepas is seeking a technically skilled professional to support test equipment setup, maintenance, and reporting. The candidate with Electronics or Electrical Engineering background is preferred, contributing to improved test yield and process feedback to engineering and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Background in electronics or electrical engineering preferred.
• Experience with test equipment maintenance desirable.
• Able to perform daily reports and inventory counting.

Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment and jigs with minimal setup time.
• Update daily tester downtime reports with corrective actions.
• Perform spare part inventory counts and report updates.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities based on schedule.
• Repair and maintain test equipment and jigs.
• On-time debugging to clear line rejects for shipment quantities.
• Provide on-time feedback on process defects to process engineering and QA.

Job description

(a) To set up test equipment and jigs with minimal set up time.

(c) To update Daily Tester Down time report with corrective actions.

(d) To perform tester spare part inventory count and update report.

(e) To perform preventive maintenance activities based on schedule.

(g) Test equipment and jig repair maintenance.

(a) On - time debugging and clear line rejects to fulfill shipment quantities.

(b) On time update of daily debug report.

(c) On time feedback on the process defect found to process engineering, QA and related department to improve test yield.

(d) Perform and debug material inventory count and update report.

(e) ABBAS transactions after debug WIP clearance and MRF debug materials.

(f) To submit of scrap report daily basis.
