Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of equipment maintenance/testing experience.
• Experience in testers or equipment configuring and troubleshooting.
• Experience in tester debug or verification.
• Good computer literacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Minimize tester downtime and ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Perform periodic Design Verification (DV) of testers.
• Improve test setup ergonomics and operating efficiency through simplification, integration, and automation.
• Support test yield and testability improvement projects across products.
• Reduce tester over-rejection and improve tester performance.
• Monitor tester performance using SPC.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping requirements.
• Apply Risk-Based Thinking in task planning and execution.
• Authorized to stop any tester with quality or safety concerns.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, company rules, regulations, and applicable codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirement

Education

Diploma of in Electrical/Electronics, ,Computer Engineering or relevant.

Experience

At least 1 year of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.

Special Skills

• With good computer literacy, good communication skill.
• Experience in testers or equipment configuring and troubleshooting.
• Experience in tester debug or verification.
