Job summary

Green Cubes Technology in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on engineer to join the product development and testing team. You will collaborate across hardware and firmware to understand requirements and translate them into robust test solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's or master's in engineering and have basic C/C++ knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as they will gain valuable hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronic/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related engineering field.
• Basic knowledge programming language such as C, C++, Python.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Development to understand requirements of new/existing products.
• Develop robust test solutions interfacing firmware/software and test jig for product testing.
• Introduce test processes, monitor test yield, and implement corrective actions to reduce scrap costs.
• Improve test fixture reliability and reduce jig downtime.
• Support the production line for troubleshooting the test system.
• Improve efficiency of test data collection and CPk test reporting.
• Validate and maintain production fixtures using GR&R, and provide reports.
• Provide production PCs and IT support for data imaging, backups and software tool installation.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronic/Electronics/Computer Engineering or other relevant engineering field
• Basic knowledge programming language such as C, C++, Phyton
• Preferred 2-3 years of working experience
• Experience on Electronic Circuitry Analysis and able to understand schematic diagram
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Work closely with the Product Development team to understand functional requirements of new/existing products and assemblies
• Develops robust test solutions including interfacing firmware /software and test jig for product testing
• Introduce test processes, monitor functional test yield and take corrective actions and scrap cost reductions
• Responsible to improve the test fixture reliability, improve the test jig down time
• Responsible to support the production line for trouble shooting the test system
• Improves efficiency in test data collection, CPK test report generation
• Validate and Maintain production test fixture by using GR&R, and provide report
• Provides production PC’s, IT support for production data imaging, backups and software tool installation
