Job summary

Life Factor Sdn Bhd in Sarawak is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our nutraceutical portfolio across clinics, pharmacies and healthcare providers. You will own your territory, build relationships, promote products, and contribute to the company's growth.

The role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales, Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia skills, and willingness to travel with own transport. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin required.
• Independent, responsible, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel and have own transport.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Promote and sell company products within assigned territory.
• Conduct product training and presentations for clients and partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion.
• Execute sales and promotional activities to increase product visibility and demand.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and engagement activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and product promotions.
