Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive sales professional to plan and carry out sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory, identifying prospective customers, developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

You will understand customer needs, present suitable products, and follow up quotations, orders and opportunities while working toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, business development, account management or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; a valid driving licence and own transport are required where applicable.
• Working proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English; additional languages may be useful depending on customer needs.
• Basic confidence with sales reporting, spreadsheets and/or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
• Identify prospective customers and develop new business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Understand customer needs, present suitable products/services and follow up quotations.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide accurate sales updates and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support fulfilment, customer service and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain clear records of customer activity, opportunities, results and market feedback.
