Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of medical products through scientific detailing and CME programmes.
• Promote products to meet sales targets and develop action plans.
• Develop territory sales plans based on market insights and marketing direction.
• Track KPIs and review sales activity with leadership.
• Conduct calls/visits, collect orders, and support clinic/hospital enlistment.
• Gather market intelligence to inform marketing and sales leadership.
• Submit accurate sales forecasts per reporting requirements.
• Maintain customer master data and identify potential customers.
• Drive process improvements to sales planning and performance.
• Maintain a log of customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
• Respond to orders and enquiries with promotions and product updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and key account development.
