DKSH seeks a Product Specialist in Penang to promote and drive adoption of medical products across private and government hospital accounts in Penang, Kedah and Perlis. The role collaborates with healthcare professionals to deliver science-based presentations and coordinate CME programmes.

You will develop territory sales plans, track KPI performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product upgrades while expanding customer relationships in the healthcare sector.

Formación

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred or strong science background with sales drive.
• Fresh graduates with a strong science background and a genuine drive for sales are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Drive adoption of assigned medical products through scientific detailing and product presentations.
• Organize CME programmes for healthcare professionals across Penang, Kedah and Perlis.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans based on market insights and marketing direction.
• Achieve sales targets by tracking KPIs and reviewing progress with supervisor.
• Gather market intelligence and support marketing and sales decisions.
• Submit accurate sales forecasts and maintain customer data.
