Job summary

Lucy Group Ltd. is seeking a Tender & Sales Support Engineer in Malaysia to support the Sales Team in quotations, tenders, customer communications, purchase orders and project activities.

You will coordinate between customers, Sales, Technical & Tendering Manager, Internal Sales, factory and other departments to ensure timely and accurate follow-ups. Responsibilities include reviewing RFQs, preparing commercial documents, coordinating technical reviews, and maintaining tender documentation while

Qualifications

• Proposal / Tendering / Electrical Engineer minimum 3 years experiences in Power distribution.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Malay.
• MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to cope with daily pressure and multi-task.
• Passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Tender & RFQ management—tracking, coordination, submission.
• Quotation follow-up—customer status and conversion.
• Capture and coordinate customer requirements on technical specifications.
• Order and project coordination—handover, follow-up, updates.
• Sales pipeline reporting and regular progress updates.
