Job summary

Lucy Group Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Tender & Sales Support Engineer to assist the Sales Team with quotations, tenders, customer communications and project coordination. You will liaise between customers, sales, technical and factory teams to ensure accurate, timely responses.

Key duties include reviewing RFQs, preparing commercial quotes, coordinating with the Tendering Manager, following up on status, and maintaining tender records while delivering professional support to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tendering or electrical engineering for power distribution.
• Strong English and Malay verbal/written communication.
• Experience in client follow-ups and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and tender requirements for completeness.
• Coordinate with Technical & Tendering Manager for reviews.
• Prepare commercial quotation documents per pricing instructions.
• Submit quotations within deadlines.
• Coordinate tender submissions and maintain documents.
• Follow up with customers on quotation and tender status.
• Coordinate PO processing and project updates.
• Provide sales support and maintain relationships.
