Job summary

Active Network Security Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Tender Coordinator to manage sourcing and monitoring of tender advertisements, coordinate activities with clients, and prepare government and private sector documents. You will also prepare and submit quotations on time and maintain thorough tender records.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and monitoring of tender advertisements and quotation notices through government and private tender portals.
• Coordinate tender-related activities via telephone and email with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare tender and quotation documents for government and private sector projects per client requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations promptly to meet customers' requests and deadlines.
• Plan and implement effective strategies to ensure smooth tender processes and documentation.
• Manage preparation, review, updating, and filing of all tender-related documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports and carry out duties as instructed by Management.
• Ensure proper utilization and updating of the e-Perolehan (eP) system in compliance with requirements.
