Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in the construction market
Responsible for the entire process management from pre-qualification to bid submission
Prepare and review tender documents, technical proposals, and quotations
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of bid content
Develop bidding and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability
Track market dynamics and competitor activities
Ensure bids comply with client requirements and company standards
Project information collection and tracking
Obtain real-time construction project trends in the region, and establish and maintain a project pipeline.
Responsible for the preliminary planning, on-site investigation, and initial communication with owners for key projects.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Develop new customer resources, especially government agencies, large real estate developers, and strategic partners.
Establish a key account resource library, responsible for follow-up visits, satisfaction surveys, and daily business reception for strategic clients.
Tender Management
Participate in the preparation and review of project pre-qualification (qualification documents).
Organize bid planning, coordinate internal and external resources, and be responsible for the review and bidding analysis of tender documents.
