Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Tender Executive (Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument) to manage the full tender lifecycle in Malaysia.

You'll read RFQs and RFPs, calculate costs for materials, labor and engineering hours, and coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE to prepare competitive pricing schedules. You will source vendors, prepare tender packages, and support post-submission negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of working experience in tendering, contract documentation, or cost estimation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Read RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to check project scope, rules, and deadlines.
• Calculate costs for materials, labor, and engineering hours to build competitive pricing schedules and cost breakdowns.
• Collect technical and commercial inputs from internal teams like engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Contact external suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing.
• Prepare, check, bind, and submit final tender packages strictly on time and in the required format.
• Answer client queries, handle tender clarifications, and support final contract negotiations.
