Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead your team and work with service office functions to maximize availability at minimum cost.
• Create a customer-centric culture that makes shopping easy and convenient.
• Recruit, develop and secure a diverse, competent team and succession.
• Plan resources and investments to achieve operational excellence and capacity planning.
• Identify and remove hindrances to ensure easy buying, payment and after-sales fulfilment.
• Maintain service partner agreements and comply with health, safety, and security standards.
• Monitor performance and take action to mitigate non-conformities using customer insights.
