Job summary

CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. You will use prepared scripts to explain products, persuade customers, and close sales while maintaining high service standards.

You should be confident making cold calls, communicate clearly, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior sales or telemarketing experience is a plus, and you will collaborate with colleagues to prioritize campaigns and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Explain products, services and prices, answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as agreed plan / services purchased, payment method, and record into our systems following set processes.
• Comply with procedures, rules and regulations, reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Complete tasks and call list assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
