Job summary

Instacap Venture Sdn Bhd is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, contact potential customers, and promote our financial services. You will handle outbound calls, explain loan products, and guide customers through eligibility and the application process.

You will collaborate with the sales team to reach monthly targets and maintain meticulous customer records, delivering excellent service throughout consultations.

Qualifications

• Good telephone communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
• Able to update customer records accurately.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Able to use AI Tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Automation tools, Claude) for work support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Telemarketing / Tele Consultant is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting the company’s financial services. You will handle outbound calls, explain loan products, and assist customers in understanding their eligibility and application process. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets, maintain accurate customer records, and provide excellent customer service throughout the consultation process.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Good telephone communica0on and persua sion skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
• Able to update customer records accurately.
