About the Company:

Founded in Singapore, the company is leading real estate agency operates as one of the region's largest listed real estate brokerages, delivering integrated services spanning residential, commercial, and industrial transactions, project marketing, investment sales, corporate leasing, and property valuation.

We are seeking a target-driven Recruitment Telemarketer to expand the network of real estate professionals, team leaders, and agency owners. You will be responsible for outbound engagement, qualifying leads, and setting up strategic recruitment meetings for the management team.

Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach & Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents, team leaders, and agency owners to introduce company career paths and integration opportunities.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective candidates' career goals, experience, and interest levels.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate consultations between qualified prospects and senior management.
• Pipeline Management: Track outreach activities, candidate feedback, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
• Relationship Building: Follow up with potential prospects and nurture long-term talent leads.

Requirements:

• Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, recruitment, or business development.
• Trilingual fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu (required to engage with target prospects).
• Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and basic CRM/computer skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, confident engaging with business owners, and highly organized.

Remuneration:
RM3,500 - RM 4,000
