Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Development or Real Estate Management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, site acquisition, leasing, or related fields.
• Experience in the telecommunication/tower infrastructure industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to travel frequently for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sites that meet technical, business, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess accessibility, land conditions, and network coverage.
• Negotiate lease terms with landowners and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Obtain approvals from authorities such as Land Office, Local Council, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit documents including Letters of Intent, Tenancy Agreements, and Technical Proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and consultants throughout site acquisition.
