Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Telco Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
• Certification in relevant areas (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and network design.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the network performance, especially on the bandwidth utilization and power stability.
• Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
• Acting proactively and responsibly in reporting and escalating any network performance issue to the management timely.
• Install/maintain and support of network element including wired and wireless network component.
• Supervise on site preparation work including civil mechanical electrical works.
• Providing technical assistance to the customer support team promptly.
• Handling escalated customers' complaints responsively and thoroughly until the issue is addressed.
• Updating the resolution progress and details to the customer support team to provide the latest information to the reported subscriber.
• Pacifying unsatisfying subscribers with professionalism and respect whenever the Network Engineer is handling onsite support.
