Jora Malaysia is seeking a Product Certification Specialist – MRO SCM to ensure telecom hardware and software meet regional safety, radio frequency and legal rules before sale. You will manage type approvals, guide product designs, and coordinate with labs and authorities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or telecommunications and at least two years of experience in compliance, testing, or regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or telecommunications.
• At least two years in compliance, testing, or regulatory approvals.
• Knowledge of RF, EMC, safety rules, and wireless technologies (5G, Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities

• Compliance Research: Study and apply local rules from groups like MCMC and ST.
• Testing Management: Run and coordinate tests for safety and wireless performance with labs.
• Paperwork Preparation: Prepare technical files, user manuals, circuit diagrams, and compliance test reports for submission.
• Authority Liaison: Talk directly with regulatory bodies and testing groups.
• Design Advice: Guide engineering teams on needed changes early in development.
• Product Certification management: Manage the existing certification expiry and renewal.
