Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Specialist I to support global regulatory compliance across a portfolio of technology products. You will work with Engineering, manufacturing, test labs, certification bodies and regulators to keep certifications current, manage renewals, coordinate product samples, maintain regulatory files, and respond to requests from authorities and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years in document control, compliance, quality, regulatory affairs, or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong English communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Mandarin proficiency to support Taiwan customers/members.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and strong record management.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Certification Support for new and existing products globally.
• Monitor renewal schedules and maintain certification records.
• Coordinate procurement, sampling, and testing for certifications.
• Maintain technical files and regulatory documentation across platforms.
• Handle regulatory document requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, manufacturing, labs, and authorities worldwide.
• Support NPIs and sustaining compliance programs; assist with regulatory processes as needed.
