Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Specialist I to support global regulatory activities for tech products. You will work with engineering, manufacturing partners, labs, and authorities to keep certifications current and compliant throughout product lifecycles.

You will manage sample procurement, document repositories, and respond to regulatory requests. This role requires coordinating across internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of working experience in document control, compliance, quality, regulatory affairs, or project coordination.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.
• Mandarin proficiency to support Taiwan customers/members.
• ERP systems (Oracle or similar) experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases is preferred.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of documentation and detailed record management.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Certification Support for global markets.
• Coordinate procurement, testing samples, and tracking for certifications.
• Maintain regulatory documentation libraries and records.
• Manage regulatory document requests and responses.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, labs, and agencies worldwide.
