Responsibilities

Provide regulatory certification guidance to SMEs, DE, PM, PDM, and Regulatory teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement regulatory decisions.
Stay updated on authority requirements and assess impact with SMEs.
Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to PDM, PM, and DE.
Review filing documents to meet country requirements.
Liaise with in-country authorities and third parties to obtain certification; submit packages and respond to inquiries.
Identify risks and mitigation plans.
Resolve market surveillance issues.
Work with government affairs on regulatory matters (lobbying).
Participate in regulatory workshops.
