Job summary

CTOS in Malaysia is seeking an IT leadership professional to align and drive long-term technology strategies with business goals. The role oversees digital transformation, governance, and cybersecurity, while promoting innovation and optimizing operational efficiency across the organization.

You will manage IT infrastructure reliability, risk management, and vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs, OLAs, and effective budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Align, develop, and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives across the organization.
• Implement IT governance frameworks and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data regulations.
• Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Oversee risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Manage and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external service providers.
• Manage outsourced vendors and project consultants, ensuring alignment with internal teams, cross-departmental deliverables, and SLAs.
• Build and drive adoption of OLAs covering critical services.
• Manage the IT budget and technology investment budgets effectively.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional technology teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture.
• Promote agility, collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams and the wider organization.
