Job summary

CTOS Data Systems in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Technology Risk professional to join the 2LoD team. You will support enterprise risk management by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating technology risks across the organisation, with emphasis on operational resilience, cloud governance, and responsible AI governance.

The role requires independent oversight of 1LoD technology operations, risk assessments for infrastructure and cloud services, and third-party risk due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, information security or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the Technology Risk Management Framework (TRMF).
• Provide independent oversight of 1LoD technology operations.
• Conduct technology risk assessments across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Evaluate risks from major transformation programmes and cloud adoption.
• Ensure alignment with BNMRMiT, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements.
