Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience across multiple technology domains.
• Proven leadership experience managing technology teams and external service providers.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise applications and cybersecurity.
• Experience delivering technology transformation, systems implementation or business improvement initiatives.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong project and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technology function across applications, infrastructure, IT operations and cybersecurity
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where technology can improve operational performance and business outcomes
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and technology-enabled process improvements
• Oversee technology governance, risk management and cybersecurity practices
• Manage technology projects and vendors to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement across technology operations
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
• Collaborate with regional technology teams to align local business priorities with broader technology roadmaps
• Lead, coach and develop internal technology team members
