Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a seasoned AI & Cyber Transformation professional to accelerate AI adoption across Group Cyber. You will identify high-value opportunities, design AI-enabled solutions, and lead their implementation to improve cybersecurity operations, governance, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology, digital transformation, solution architecture, development, software engineering, or technology consulting.
• Experience designing solution architectures or reference architectures within enterprise environments.
• Experience developing or implementing AI-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience working within telecommunications, consulting, or large enterprise environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities, design and develop AI-enabled solutions, and lead their implementation to improve cybersecurity operations, governance, and business outcomes.
• Develop reference architectures for AI-enabled solutions, including patterns for GenAI, intelligent agents, RAG, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
• Define reusable architecture components covering data flows, model interaction, security, integration patterns, observability, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Develop solution blueprints and implementation patterns reusable across use cases, cybersecurity domains, and operating companies.
• Ensure AI reference architectures align with enterprise standards, cloud architecture, data governance, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI and automation use cases, translating business and technical requirements into scalable designs.
• Develop, prototype, and implement AI solutions including PoCs, MVPs, and production-ready apps.
• Build AI-powered assistants, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and productivity solutions for cybersecurity and business challenges.
• Integrate AI with enterprise platforms, cybersecurity technologies, cloud services, data platforms, and internal apps via APIs and automation frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions based on business value, feasibility, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to AI governance, standards, reusable assets, and best practices to support sustainable AI adoption.
