Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or related discipline.
• Typically 5+ years of technology/business transformation experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience in enterprise applications, digital platforms, system integration and technology transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technology portfolios, budgets, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and business understanding, with the ability to translate business strategy into technology execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Strategy & Business Alignment across divisions and stakeholders.
• Oversee solution architecture, governance, and major system changes.
• Oversee enterprise platforms, ERP integrations and digital solutions.
• Govern technology risk, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop TBS functional heads and drive collaboration with senior management.
