LINKTAL SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Head of Technology to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation, accountable for strategic uplift of core platforms, delivery excellence, and operational resilience across the enterprise.

This executive role offers exposure to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders, ownership of a mission-critical portfolio, and opportunities to shape long-term technology and digital transformation strategy within a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

Proven track record in executive technology leadership roles.
Expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, and data/analytics.
Strong people leadership and board-level stakeholder engagement.
Experience with AI adoption, automation, ITIL/ITSM, and DevOps is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including board-level engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications an advantage).

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional technology teams covering engineering, cyber security, analytics, and operations.
Drive modernisation programs, digital enablement initiatives, and regulatory compliance alignment.
Oversee technology platforms to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security.
Partner with senior stakeholders and external vendors to deliver strategic business outcomes.
Build and mentor a high-performing team with strong governance and delivery standards.
