Syngenta is seeking a field-facing role in Malaysia to build strong relationships with farmers and key influencers. You will co-develop campaign plans with Area/Regional Managers and lead Field Promoters to execute in your area, aligning with Syngenta's Go-To-Market strategy and product portfolio.

You will provide technical support to growers, ensuring high product satisfaction while delivering growth by optimizing market share in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 2+ years working experience in crop protection products or seeds industry.
• Good understanding of agriculture trends and GTM strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with growers and influencers.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with key farmers and influencers to optimize reach.
• Co-develop campaign plans with Area/Regional Managers and lead Field Promoters in execution.
• Influence growers' buying decisions in line with Go-To-Market strategy.
• Provide technical support to growers ensuring product and service satisfaction.
• Analyze area potential and allocate resources to maximize market share.
