Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a Field Regional Promotion professional in Malaysia to develop relationships with farmers and influencers, and to co-create campaigns aligned with Go-To-Market strategies. The role focuses on optimizing market reach and driving adoption of crop protection products and seeds.

You will collaborate with Area and Regional Sales Managers, coach Field Promoters, and ensure service quality while complying with HS&E policies. Fluent local language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in crop protection products or seeds.
• Familiarity with agriculture industry trends and business models.
• Understanding of Syngenta’s value proposition and GTM strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with growers/influencers.
• Ability to speak the local language/dialect.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with key farmers and influencers in assigned area.
• Co-develop campaign plans with Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and leads the Field Promoters.
• Strategically impact the buying decision of farmers and influencers in alignment with country Go-To-Market strategy.
• Provide technical support to growers as needed ensuring product and customer service satisfaction with Syngenta
