Job summary

VFive Group in Malaysia is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to ensure smooth daily operation of building systems. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and civil scopes, monitor issues, manage assets and documentation, and support budgeting and procurement.

Join a team focused on energy-saving initiatives, incident reporting, and reliable operation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, generators, and UPS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and civil systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues and breakdowns
• Manage facility assets, equipment records, and documentation
• Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement activities
• Handle emergency situations such as power failure and system breakdown
• Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
• Prepare reports on maintenance, incidents, and performance
• Manage and operate all electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, generators, and UPS systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely
• Oversee civil maintenance activities including Planned Preventive Maintenance, Predictive, Corrective, Breakdown, and Proactive Maintenance
