Job summary

You will perform routine maintenance on soldering machines and ovens, support quality goals with production teams, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a wave soldering Technician in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling small electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wave soldering machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Set up and calibrate wave soldering equipment according to production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on wave soldering machines to prevent malfunctions.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet quality and production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during wave soldering operations.
• Operate wave soldering machines to solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot soldering issues promptly.
• Plot wave soldering reflow profile.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on baking oven machines.
• Set up and calibrate Ultrasonic washing machine equipment based on product specifications.
