Job summary

Kanry Search in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for an MNC semiconductor environment. You will support daily production, operate and assist production equipment, perform assembly, testing and inspection, and record production data while complying with cleanroom, PPE and ESD procedures.

The role offers structured training, a 1-year contract with full-time permanent benefits and a high chance to convert to permanent.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, SKM, Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, semiconductor, electronics or technical operations is encouraged.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical studies are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and manufacturing activities.
• Operate and assist with production equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform assembly, testing, inspection and checking of products or components.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment when required.
• Identify defects, abnormalities or equipment issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Record production information and ensure work is completed according to quality requirements.
• Follow cleanroom, PPE, and ESD workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain good production standards and support other duties assigned by the production team.

Structured Training Provided | US MNC semiconductor manufacturing environment

Working Days:Monday – Friday
Basic salary up RM3,800 + Fixed RM300 transport + Shift + Meal allowances
OT available + 15 days AL + Medical Insurance
1 year contract with full-time permanent benefits! High chance to convert to permanent!
Shift:willing to rotate 3 shifts (AM/ Noon / Night)
Location:Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

Support daily production and manufacturing activities.

Operate and assist with production equipment according to work instructions.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to follow work instructions and basic technical procedures.

Willing to work onrotating shifts.

Able to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with PPE and ESD requirements.
