Job summary

Kanry Search in Malaysia is seeking a Production Technician (Assembly / Testing) to join our manufacturing team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role involves assembling mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components and performing functional testing.

You should have SKM level 3 or a diploma in Electrical or related field, read wiring diagrams, and be comfortable with rotating AM/PM shifts. The position offers RM2000–RM3000 base salary plus allowances and bonuses under a 6–12 month contract.

Qualifications

• SKM level 3 or Diploma in Electrical or related technical field.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or technician roles is an advantage.
• Able to read basic wiring diagrams, schematics or assembly instructions.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components.
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics and work instructions.
• Conduct functional testing on assembled systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and system-related issues.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for assembly and testing processes.
• Support engineers and production teams during assembly and testing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 7S practices.
• Assist with installation, troubleshooting and process improvement activities when required.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (ASSEMBLY / TESTING)

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian, Pasir Gudang, Johor
Basic Salary: RM2000 – RM3000 (Based on Experience) + Allowances + Bonus

WORKING HOURS

AM & PM Rotating Shift – Candidates must be comfortable working both shifts

AM Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift:
Monday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Friday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
