Job summary

BFH PEST CONTROL SDN BHD is seeking personnel to perform pest control inspections and treatments at diverse premises, including residential and commercial sites. You will identify infestations, propose treatments, and execute services safely per company procedures.

The role requires handling client inquiries professionally, maintaining records, and traveling to customer locations. A valid driving license and ability to work overtime are essential, with a focus on customer service and team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pest control, maintenance, technical service, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at different locations.
• Responsible, punctual and customer-oriented.
