Job summary

NLC General Pest Control Sdn Bhd is a leading pest control company in Malaysia, specialising in termite control and general pest management. The role involves preparing pest inspection and analysis reports for food safety premises, training new recruits, and providing pest awareness to customers.

You will assist operations on large projects and participate in QA reviews and client complaint resolution. The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Entomology & Parasitiology and at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Entomology & Parasitology.
• Knowledge of pests and pest management.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional certification (if any).
• At least 1 year experience in related fields.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports (Analysis report / Pest Inspection report) for food safety standard premises.
• Involve in training for new recruits (technician & marketing).
• Provide pest awareness training to valued customer.
• Assist operation team in special jobs & big projects.
• Carry out QAR (quality assurance review) and PR on food safety standard premises.
• Attend to and investigate clients’ complaints and troubleshooting.
• Ensure supply of chemicals and equipment is sufficient at all times.
• Carry out spot checks on technician team’s service quality.
