Job summary

IGB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD is hiring a Technician responsible for regular cleaning of AHU and FCU filters, replacing spare parts, and addressing tenant building issues. The role supports the building management team with various project works and maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least SPM or a diploma/certificate in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of building maintenance principles.

Qualifications

• Has basic building maintenance understanding.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
• At least SPM, Diploma or certificate in related field.

Responsibilities

• Regular cleaning of AHU & FCU filters and replacement of spare parts.
• Respond to tenant complaints of building issues.
