Job summary

Venture Corporation in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled technician to join our PCA testing and debugging team. A Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2 years of related experience is preferred, and candidates must be independent with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

You will troubleshoot production PCAs, set up test stations, generate reports, and assist in yield-improvement activities.

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2 years experience preferred.
Independent with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with PCA schematics and debugging at PCBA and component levels.

Responsibilities

Trouble-shoot and rework production PCAs; provide data to support yield improvement.
Control and clear debug WIP to meet targets.
Set up test stations, qualify, and buy-off.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily test issues.
Generate debug flow, documentation, and daily reports.

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2 years experience in PCA testing and debugging is preferred. Independent and equipped with good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Well verse in PCA schematics and debugging tools at PCBA level and component level. Possess good soldering and rework skills as well as working knowledge with software application. Some years of hands on experience in RF test/debug. Fresh graduates with good academic results will also be considered.

Responsible to provide technical support on test and debug activities, troubleshoot, debug and repair production failure units to become good working units for shipment.

Understand and comply to Venture Quality, Environment, Safety, Health, Labor and Ethics Management System Requirements.

Responsibilities

Trouble-shoot, rework all production failure PCAs and provide analysis data to support yield improvement and evaluation activities.
Control and clear debug WIP to achieve set target.
Test station setup, qualification and buy-off
Monitor / investigate and resolve daily test issues
Generate debug flow, documentation and daily reports.
Participate and assist in test yield / test process improvement activities
Provide technical support to test operator
Work closely with other group in resolving quality issues.
Other duties as assigned

Compliance and participate in company activities which involves continual improvement on company environmental, safety and health goals (ESD, ISO1400, OHSAS 18001 etc).

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
