Job summary

SETIA EXCEL M & E SOLUTION in Malaysia is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to carry out servicing, preventive maintenance and repair for AHU and Chiller systems.

Responsibilities include inspection, troubleshooting, cleaning OB AHU components, basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, testing and commissioning after service, and preparing service reports for feedback. On-site work in Selangor area with emphasis on safety and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate is required.
• 2 years' experience in AHU/Chiller/HVAC servicing and maintenance.

• Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance and repair works for AHU and Chiller systems.
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting and rectification of HVAC system faults.
• Carry out cleaning and maintenance of AHU components, including filters, coils, drain pans, fans and motors.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for HVAC equipment.
• Check chiller operating conditions and assist with troubleshooting and repair works.
• Attend breakdowns and carry out necessary repair works.
• Conduct testing and commissioning after servicing or repair.
• Prepare service reports and provide proper feedback on equipment conditions.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to company requirements.
