Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a Diploma holder in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering in Malaysia (Penang/Batu Kawan) to support production equipment maintenance, setup, and daily operation. The role includes assisting engineers, following 6S, and ensuring environmental compliance.

You will join a team on 12-hour shifts and contribute to reliable machine performance, proper waste handling, and accurate status reporting while developing cross-functional skills and working with Die Attach, Die

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Familiar with Die Attach machine, Die Sort & Oven machine.
• Must be able to work in 12 hour shift.
• Familiarity in computer system & computer network.
• Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production machine performance is well maintained.
• Assist process/equipment engineers to carry out or setup new device evaluation / engineering run when needed.
• Practice 6S every time after maintenance/repair/conversion.
• Ensure all activities follow environmental procedures.
• Ensure waste/chemical are properly stored/labelled and scrap.
• Maintain and perform troubleshooting on assigned operation.
• Highlight to superior any activities that may be contrary to the environment policy.
• Hand shake Passover/communication book and daily machine status report.
• Follow all environmental procedures in daily activities.
• Highlight to supervisor any activities that may be contrary to environment policy.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
• Role requires reliable presence and regular attendance aligned with work schedule.
