Job summary

Total Outsource Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Huawei and HONOR devices in a fast-growing service centre. You will perform hardware and software diagnostics, repairs, and testing to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities include documenting repair activities, adhering to safety and quality standards, and providing updates as needed. Training and development opportunities are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics servicing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of smartphone hardware, software troubleshooting, and component replacement.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
