Job summary

MENTARI ALAM EKO (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist supervisors with service and equipment maintenance reports, and to monitor on-site operation systems at client sites.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring prompt replies to repairs, recording work in FSM Mobile Apps, assembling and servicing machines in-house, and traveling for on-site service; a driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing service and maintenance reports.
• Ability to monitor and service on-site operation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with tabulating service and equipment maintenance reports.
• Monitor, service and repair all on-site operation systems and equipment at clients’ premises.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on machines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance or breakdown requests.
• Record servicing work in FSM Mobile Apps.
• Assemble and service machines in-house.
• Travel for on-site services.
• Drive with a valid driving license and motor license.

• Assist supervisor / production assistant in tabulating, preparing service reports and equipment maintenance reports.
• Monitor, maintain, service and repair all machine on-site operation systems and all equipment at clients’ premises.
• Troubleshooting machines, electrical and mechanical problems and diagnosing and solving faults
• Ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown notice in accordance to priority and response time
• Ensure the servicing work is recorded inside FSM Mobile Apps
• Assembly and service machine in-house
• Able to travel for on-site services
• Able to drive, have a driving license and motor license.
