Job summary

Lans Creations Trading is looking for a skilled, responsible and hands‑on Technician to support our installation, servicing and technical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out product installations, troubleshooting technical issues, performing basic repairs and ensuring all work is completed safely and according to the required standards.

The ideal candidate should be practical, detail‑oriented and willing to learn new products, tools and installation

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Automotive, Mechanical or a related technical field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a technician, installer or in a related technical position is an advantage.
• Practical and hands-on with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, automotive or mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Able to use basic hand tools and technical equipment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willingness to travel to customer locations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance and basic repair of products and equipment.
• Carry out technical inspections and identify faults or installation issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Follow installation procedures, technical specifications and safety requirements.
• Test products and equipment after installation to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Handle tools, equipment and materials responsibly.
• Ensure installation work is neat, accurate and completed to a good standard.
• Assist customers with basic technical enquiries and explain product functions when required.
• Provide technical support to the sales and operations teams.
• Maintain proper records of installation, servicing and repair work.
