Job summary

Lans Creations Trading in Malaysia seeks a skilled Technician to support installation, servicing and technical operations at customer sites. You will install, service, troubleshoot, repair and test products, ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on abilities, a willingness to learn, and good communication with customers. Driving licence and willingness to travel to customer locations are a bonus. You will maintain records and support sales/ops teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Automotive, Mechanical or related technical field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a technician or installer is an advantage.
• Hands-on with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic/mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Can use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate professionally with customers.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willingness to travel to customer locations is an advantage.
