• Perform detailed failure analysis and root cause investigation on defective products, assemblies, or components.
• Utilize debugging tools, test equipment, and software to identify and isolate issues in production or testing stages.
• Analyze test data, yield reports, and failure trends to recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by identifying potential risks and ensuring smooth ramp-up.
• Develop and maintain debugging procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
• Conduct verification tests after corrective actions to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Provide technical support during line issues, customer complaints, or audit requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams to feedback product design improvements based on failure analysis findings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
