Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.)
• Analyze failed PCBAs from production or customer returns (RMA) to determine root cause
• Document failure analysis reports and repair actions
• Collaborate with development, engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve yield
• Able to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation
• Provide support on the development and improvement of troubleshooting procedures and test fixtures
• Maintain compliance with ESD, IPC, and safety standards during repair operations
• Provide technical support and training to technicians as needed
