Job summary

Farm Fresh Berhad in Larkin, Johor Bahru invites skilled maintenance technicians to join our team. The role focuses on machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability across our agriculture/plantation/poultry manufacturing operations.

You will inspect machines, perform installations and repairs, maintain records, and uphold safety procedures. Must be willing to travel for servicing and to support production during setup.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine troubleshooting and repair for mechanical breakdowns.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule.
• Conduct machine inspection and ensure machines are in good condition.
• Handle hands-on mechanical works including installation, servicing, and maintenance.
• Identify root causes of machine issues and provide corrective actions.
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Support production team during machine setup and operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and report any abnormalities.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety procedures.
• Able to travel/outstation when required for servicing or maintenance support.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
