Job summary

ESSENTIAL MODEL SDN. BHD. is seeking a hotel maintenance-oriented technician to efficiently handle maintenance work orders within expected time frames and provide feedback on actual status.

The role emphasizes ensuring adequate spare parts stocks in the engineering store and keeping all tools and workshop areas organized and in good condition. Candidates will regularly inspect hotel equipment, take corrective measures as required, and participate in ongoing training to upgrade skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work orders within the expected time frame and report status
• Ensure spare parts are adequately stocked for maintenance requirements in the engineering store
• Keep all work areas and workshop tidy, with tools and equipment organized and in good condition
• Regularly inspect hotel equipment and installations and take corrective measures as needed
• Attend training sessions regularly to upgrade skills and knowledge
• Familiarise yourself with fire-fighting equipment, locations, operations, and be a member of the fire crew

Job description

To perform all work orders or maintenance requests efficiently within the expected time frame and feedback on actual status

Ensures that the Engineering store had adequate supplies of spare parts for relevant maintenance requirements

Ensures that all work areas/workshop are in orderly manner and all tools or equipment are organised and in good condition

Regularly routine check the conditions of the hotel equipment/installation and to take appropriate corrective measures

Regularly attend job training and other forms of training to upgrade his skills and knowledge

Familiarise himself with all fire-fighting equipment, locations, operations and be a member of fire crew
