Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist in the upkeep of office buildings and showroom facilities. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond to electrical, mechanical, and technical issues to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates hold SKM, PW4 Wireman, or related diploma, with 1–2 years in similar settings, a valid license, and own transport. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Certificate (SKM) or equivalent required.
• Diploma in Electrical & Mechatronics or related field.
• PW4 Wireman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall maintenance of office building and showroom.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Attend and resolve electrical, mechanical and technical issues.
• Respond to electrical emergencies promptly to minimize downtime and safety risks.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and suppliers.
• Update the maintenance job sheet and file.
• Conduct inventory checks and consolidate monthly reports.
• Able to travel out of state as needed.

• Assist in the overall maintenance of office building and showroom.

• To attend and resolve electrical, mechanical and technical issue related to office building and showroom facilities.
• Respond to electrical emergency calls and promptly and resolve issues to minimize downtime and safety risks.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and suppliers as needed.
• Update the maintenance job sheet and file.
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure stock balance and in proper records.
• Conduct weekly/ monthly/ yearly check on the condition of electrical parts and fitting and ensure in good condition, repair and replaces if needed and consolidate monthly report.
• Able to travel out of state as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate (SKM), Diploma in Electrical & Mechatronics, or a valid PW4 Wireman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in office building or showroom maintenance.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation (car).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)
