Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on farm assistant to support daily poultry farm operations in Malaysia. You will assist with operation and basic maintenance of farm equipment and systems, and monitor feeders, drinkers, ventilation, and lighting to ensure smooth running of the farm.

No prior poultry farming experience is required, and you will report any equipment issues to the Farm Supervisor while assisting with inspections, vaccination programs, and bird transfers as needed.

• Previous experience in poultry farming is an advantage but is not essential.
• Assist with the operation and basic maintenance of farm equipment and systems.
• Check feeders, drinkers, ventilation systems, lighting, and other farm equipment.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the Farm Supervisor.
• Assist during farm inspections, vaccination programs, bird transfers, and other farm activities.

Assist during farm inspections, vaccination programs, bird transfers, and other farm activities.

Work according to the farm's safety, hygiene, animal welfare, and operating procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
